UAFS Housing Application

Living on campus at the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith (UAFS) offers an unparalleled opportunity to immerse yourself in university life, build lifelong friendships, and enjoy convenient access to classes and campus activities.

APPLY FOR UAFS Housing

There is NO DEADLINE for housing – we accept applications every day of the year. Unlike many universities with strict cutoffs, UAFS provides a flexible, rolling application process, so you can apply whenever you're ready. However, the earlier you apply, the more likely you are to receive your preferred room and roommates. Never hesitate to contact us to check availability.

Apply for UAFS Admission First

Before applying for housing, you MUST be admitted to UAFS. If you haven't already, start by submitting your UAFS Admission Application.

Consider Financial Aid Options

Housing is a meaningful investment in your college experience. We encourage all students to explore financial aid and scholarship opportunities to help with costs. Complete the FAFSA and checkout UAFS Financial Aid for more details.

Room Assignment Timeline & Move-In Information

At UAFS we make the housing assignment process simple and efficient to ensure a smooth transition to campus living. Room assignments are processed on a rolling basis, giving students the opportunity to receive their placements as early as possible. The earlier you apply, the better your chances of securing your preferred room and roommates.
