Sebastian Commons amenities included with contract are:

  • 24/7 unlimited-use laundry facilities
  • 24/7 study and recreation rooms in the Housing Office
  • Basketball and sand volleyball courts
  • Outdoor grills
  • Reserved parking
  • All utilities included
  • Wired and wireless internet with upload/download speeds up to 350x350

All Sebastian Commons apartments come fully furnished with a:

  • Full-size bed, desk, desk chair, and dresser in every bedroom
  • Leather couch, chair, side table, and coffee table in the living room
  • Table and chairs for the dining area
  • Fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and garbage disposal

What to bring

Sebastian Commons offers many amenities and services, but there are still some things you will need to bring. This list has been compiled in order to help you best prepare for what you might want to bring to create the best possible experience at the Commons. We encourage you to communicate with your roommates so you don't bring repeat items. Please refer to the Residential Handbook for a list of prohibited items.
